All of us want to grow
All of us want to make good choices and have healthy relationships
All of us want to reach our full potential as human beings
The good news is that God created us in His image, and through His Spirit gives us the opportunity and capacity to become more like Jesus Christ – to become more and more like the person we truly want to be
But how does that happen?
It’s no accident. It takes training.
And that’s the purpose of our fall series, “Inside Out”
Our goal is to give you the tools and training you need to be transformed from the inside out – to become more loving and less selfish – to make good choices, have healthy relationships and reach your full potential as a follower of Jesus Christ.
We begin with a five week study in
August called
“Connecting with God’s Family” This series is like boot camp – it focuses on the basics and builds a solid foundation for your Spiritual journey.
In September we move into part 2 – “Training to be Like Jesus”
This phase of training hones in on God’s plan for molding and shaping us to become more like Him. The emphasis is on specific habits that lead us to grow and become more competent in life.
October and November moves us forward to part 3 – “Serving to Make a Difference in the Lives of Others” This is a wonderful opportunity to discover how God wired you specifically to serve others and change our world. We will dig into your personality, your passion and your unique gifts and abilities in order to discover God’s greater purpose for your life.
We close in December with part 4 – “Fulfilling your Life Mission”
This will be an eye opening four weeks as we delve into the true nature of God’s calling on your life and ask you to consider breaking out of the box to take some serious risks for God and the cause of Christ in the world.
Come grow with us! And un-wrap the great capacity for Christ-likeness that God placed within you at the very moment you were conceived. You will love the change, and so will the people who are impacted by your life.
See you on Sunday!
